Using multi station testers, we simulate real world friction for crossbody bags, totes, and backpacks. Daily test reports track wear strength, anti pilling grades, and surface durability. Leather Flex Testing

Our leather flex resistance tester performs repeated bending cycles on PU leather, synthetic fabrics, and all bag surface materials prior to bulk production. Specimens are securely clamped on multi-station fixtures and subjected to thousands of flexes, accurately simulating the daily folding and creasing stresses in crossbody bags, shoulder totes, and handbags. After each test, our QC team inspects for cracks, peeling, and structural damage, preventing cracked leather defects and ensuring long-lasting custom fashion bags for private label clients worldwide.

Finished Goods Manual Quality Inspection

Every finished product undergoes thorough manual quality inspection before leaving our TOROS workshop. Our highly trained QC staff meticulously examine each item for loose threads, stitching flaws, fabric stains, defective prints, and faulty hardware fittings. Excess threads are trimmed, and any non-compliant goods are immediately rejected during visual screening. This one by one final inspection, conducted after sewing, adheres to strict appearance and workmanship criteria, effectively reducing product defects and guaranteeing qualified custom-made bag orders for wholesale and private label clients worldwide.
